Welcome to P.A.S.T. of union co., Illinois

P.A.S.T. (Promoting Appreciation of Structural Treasures) of Union County, Illinois is a charitable, non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage the preservation of historic structures and sites as well as the stories of the people connected to them. We welcome you to discover who we are and support our projects and events.

St. Anne's, a truly unique piece of history currently preserved by P.A.S.T., is on the National Register of Historic Places. The church, which holds events throughout the year, was saved through generous donations of time, work, and financial support from the community, as well as P.A.S.T. grant efforts.

Visit our St. Anne's page under the Projects tab to learn more, including how to rent this cherished place for your next special event.

The Heritage House dates back to the pre-Civil War era. The property was acquired by P.A.S.T. to house a museum and center for local history. It features a Lincoln-Douglas room honoring the history of the 1858 debate in Jonesboro and other historic items and resources.
